What materials are available?

Available stocks vary by product, but sticker sheets may be offered in the following materials:

78gsm Semi-Gloss Paper
A smooth, semi-gloss paper that helps colours stand out. Suitable for product labels, packaging and everyday branding.

70gsm Uncoated Smooth Paper
A natural-looking paper with a smooth, uncoated finish. A good choice for simple designs and selected applications where writing on the label is useful.

90gsm Premium Textured Paper
A tactile paper with a distinctive hammered texture, ideal for premium packaging and branding.

White Polypropylene
A plastic-based material with a smooth finish, suitable for applications where greater resistance to moisture and handling is useful.

Transparent Polypropylene
A clear material that creates a clean, no-label appearance on suitable packaging.

How are stickers supplied on sheets?

Stickers are cut into individual shapes while remaining attached to a backing sheet, making them easy to peel off and apply.

The number of stickers on each sheet depends on the sticker size, shape and layout. The layout is arranged to make efficient use of the sheet.

Important: The quantity you order refers to the number of individual stickers, not the number of backing sheets.

What printing process is used?

Stickers are printed using an HP Indigo 6K+ Digital Press. The printed design is then precision-cut using laser finishing equipment.

This process supports clear text, detailed designs and custom shapes.

What cutting options are available?

Cutting options depend on the product and design selected. Sticker sheets can be supplied with individual stickers cut to shape while remaining on the backing sheet.

Can I order custom-size or custom-shape stickers?

Custom-size and custom-shape stickers are available on selected products. The available dimensions and cutting options depend on the product you choose.

How should I prepare my artwork?

For the best print results, we recommend:

• Set your artwork to the correct finished size.

• Use a resolution of 300dpi.

• Set your document to CMYK colour mode.

• Supply your artwork as a PDF, with fonts embedded or outlined.

• Include 3mm bleed where required by the product template.

• Keep important text and logos within the recommended safe area.

• Check the proof carefully before approving it for print.

How should I store my stickers?

To help protect your stickers before use:

• Store them in a cool, dry place.

• Keep them flat and protected from dirt and moisture.

• Avoid excessive heat or cold, which may affect the adhesive.

• Apply stickers to a clean, dry surface suitable for the chosen material.

Are sticker sheets recyclable?

Recyclability depends on the sticker material, adhesive and backing sheet. Paper-based materials and plastic-based materials may be handled differently by local recycling facilities.

Check the material specifications and your local recycling guidance before disposal. Do not assume that a sticker and its backing can be recycled together.
