Assembly Instructions

Aluminium Composite:

  • Mount using screws through the pre-drilled holes, ensuring alignment with wall plugs or anchors for stability.
  • Attach with cable ties, adhesive pads, or double-sided tape for lightweight and temporary displays. Ideal for quick setup and removal.
  • Mount with double-sided tape or adhesive pads on smooth, indoor surfaces. Lightweight design makes it easy to reposition.
  • Fix using velcro strips, adhesive pads, or frame supports. We offer pre-drilled holes and rounded corners for added flexibility and safety.

Care Instructions

  • Aluminium Composite: Wipe with a damp cloth and mild soap to remove dirt. Avoid abrasive cleaners to protect the finish.
  • Clean with a soft, damp cloth or sponge. Do not scrub to prevent surface damage.
  • Dust gently with a dry cloth; avoid water as it may warp the material.
  • Foam Board: Use a dry or slightly damp cloth for cleaning. Keep away from excessive moisture to maintain its structure.

Correx® by Corplex: Crafted from 3.5mm thick Correx® by Corplex fluted corrugated plastic. Correx can be handled at normal processing temperatures. Small quantities of fumes are evolved at about 220°C due to a partial volatilisation of some stabilisers and/or of lower molecular weight hydrocarbons. These gradually increase until at about 300°C decomposition and oxidative pyrolysis proceeds at an appreciable rate.
