Custom sizes and shapes

If you need something different from our standard sizes, custom-size and custom-shape options are also available.

Custom-size options vary by product. The website advertises sizes from 74mm up to 420mm, but the specific custom-size product page lists a minimum of 100 × 100mm and a maximum of 297 × 420mm. Always use the limits shown for your chosen product when ordering.

What is the minimum order quantity?

The minimum order quantity for custom-size flyers is 25. Minimum quantities may differ for other flyer products, so check the quantity selector on the relevant product page before ordering.

What paper stocks are available?

We offer uncoated, gloss and silk paper stocks. Availability and paper weights depend on the selected size and product.

Paper type

Description

Ideal for

Uncoated

Natural, uncoated surface with a more textured feel and good ink absorption

Forms, vouchers and designs that need to be written on

Gloss

Smooth, high-shine coated paper that enhances colour and image detail

Photo-heavy designs and eye-catching promotions

Silk

Available paper weights

The website offers a selection of paper weights, including:

  • Silk: 150gsm, 250gsm and 350gsm.

  • Gloss: 170gsm, 250gsm and 350gsm.

  • Uncoated: 130gsm, where available.

Paper weight affects the feel and stiffness of your finished flyers. Lighter stocks are suitable for large-volume distribution, while heavier stocks provide a sturdier, more substantial feel.

The available weights can vary by product and size, so check the options displayed when configuring your order.

What lamination options are available?

Lamination adds a film to the printed surface, changing its appearance and providing an additional protective layer.

Can I add Spot UV or foil?

Yes, embellishments are available on selected flyer stocks and finishes.

Spot UV

Foil

Important: Embellishments can only be applied to compatible laminated print. Stock, lamination and embellishment combinations are restricted, so check the available options when configuring your product.

Foil colours and embellishment choices may vary by product.

Is perforation available?

Perforation is available on selected flyer and ticket products. It creates a line of small holes that allows part of the printed sheet to be torn away neatly or folded more easily.

Available options include:

  • Centre perforation: A perforated line down the centre of the sheet.

  • Ticket perforation: A perforated line positioned to create a tear-off section.

Perforation is not available on every standard flyer. Visit the relevant perforation printing page to check the products, sizes and finishing options available.

What printing process is used?

Our flyers and leaflets are produced using professional digital, lithographic and nanographic printing technology.

The printing method used depends on the product, paper stock and order quantity. Smaller runs may be printed digitally, while larger quantities may be produced using lithographic or other suitable production technology.

These processes are designed to deliver clear text, sharp images and vibrant colours.

Always use the artwork template for your selected size and finishing options. This helps ensure your design fits correctly and that important text, logos and images are positioned safely away from the trim edge.

If you're using our online design tool, select the correct flyer size before creating your design. Custom-size artwork may need to be uploaded directly rather than created using a standard template.

How do I order flyers and leaflets?

  1. Visit our Flyers & Leaflets page.

  2. Select your preferred size or choose a custom option.

  3. Choose your paper stock, print sides, quantity and any available finishing options.

  4. Upload your artwork or use an available online design template.

  5. Review your proof carefully before approving it for print.

Please check your artwork, spelling, dimensions and finishing choices before approving your proof.

How should I care for my flyers?

To help maintain the quality of your printed materials:

  • Store them in a cool, dry place to reduce the risk of fading or warping.

  • Keep them away from moisture to help prevent smudging or damage.

  • Stack them flat to prevent creases and bent corners.

  • Handle them carefully when distributing to avoid bending or crumpling the edges.

  • Keep them away from excessive heat and damp conditions.

Are flyers and leaflets recyclable?

Our paper stocks are FSC®-certified. Unlaminated paper flyers without embellishments are generally easier to recycle through paper recycling facilities.

Lamination, foil and Spot UV may affect recyclability. Check with your local recycling facility to confirm which materials it accepts.
