1. What sizes are available for business cards?

We offer standard and folded business card formats.

Premium rounded-corner business cards are also available. These have rounded corners for a distinctive finish and require silk, matt or velvet lamination.

2. What paper stocks are available for business cards?

We offer a choice of paper stocks to suit different designs and uses.

Paper stock availability may vary depending on the business card product you choose.

3. What finishing options are available?

You can choose from a range of finishes to protect your business cards or give them a premium look.

Lamination

Lamination availability depends on the selected stock. It can be applied to eligible stocks thicker than 250gsm but cannot be applied to uncoated stocks.

Embellishments

Foil uses 12-micron polyester metallic foil. Embellishments can only be added to laminated print, so check the available combinations when selecting your product.

You can explore our specialist options for Foil Business Cards and Spot UV Business Cards.

4. Can I order business cards with rounded corners?

Yes! Our premium business cards are available with rounded corners for a distinctive finish.

If you choose silk paper stock, you’ll need to add either matt or velvet lamination to proceed with your order. Uncoated paper stock can be ordered without lamination.

You can also add eligible embellishments, such as Spot UV or foil, to create a premium finish.

See the Premium Business Cards options for available finishes.

5. What printing process is used for business cards?

Business cards are produced using drop-on-demand digital or offset lithographic printing, depending on the product and production requirements. These processes deliver high-quality print with smooth gradients, clear images and sharp text.

6. How should I care for my business cards?

To help keep your business cards in good condition:

• Store in a cool, dry place: This helps prevent fading and warping.

• Keep away from moisture: Damp conditions may damage the paper or affect printed areas.

• Stack flat: Avoid bending cards or damaging their corners.

• Handle carefully: Take care when transporting or distributing cards to prevent creasing and crumpling.

• Recycle responsibly: Follow local recycling guidance when your cards are no longer needed.

7. Are business cards recyclable?

All paper options are FSC®-certified. Business cards can generally be recycled, but lamination and embellishments may affect their recyclability.

Check with your local recycling facility to confirm whether it accepts your cards' paper, coatings and finishes, and whether any special handling requirements apply.
