Technical Specifications Exhibition Pop-Ups
Our fabric pop-up displays pair a lightweight aluminium scissor frame with a single-sided printed polyester graphic to create a straight backdrop for exhibitions, trade shows and conferences. The frame expands and locks into place without tools, making it ideal when a single roller banner won't cut it.

1. What sizes are available?
Fabric pop-up displays come in three straight formats, with a podium available separately.

The 3 × 2, 3 × 3 and 3 × 4 names describe the arrangement of sections in the frame, not the dimensions in metres. To choose a size, measure the usable width and depth of your exhibition space, allowing room in front for any table, podium, your team and visitors.
2. What materials are used?

The fabric is designed to fit securely around the frame for a smooth display. Use the graphic that matches your frame size.
Fabric pop-up displays are designed for indoor use at exhibitions, trade shows, conferences and events. Outdoor use isn't recommended.
3. What's included and how is it assembled?

The podium isn't included with a Full Display. To order one, select Podium Only in the size options and add it to your basket as a separate item. Its carry case is for transport and storage only.
Replacement graphics should match the size of your existing frame. Compatibility with frames from other suppliers can't be guaranteed.
Assembly
One person can set up a display in around 5 to 10 minutes without tools, and a second person makes it quicker.
- Expand the aluminium scissor frame.
- Connect the colour-coded components.
- Secure the printed graphic using the Velcro edging.
After the first setup, the graphic can stay attached when you fold the frame down, ready for your next event.

To print different designs, add a separate quantity to your basket for each design. Deliveries to extended areas take a further working day.

5. How should I set up my pop-up artwork?
Download the artwork template for your chosen size, or use our free online design tool. Supply one artwork file for your complete fabric pop-up.

Your design prints as one continuous graphic across the front and side returns. Extend backgrounds and imagery across the full template, but keep text, logos and contact details on the main front-facing area within the safe zones, as the outer sections wrap around the sides. Check your proof carefully, particularly around the edges and side returns.
6. How should I care for my pop-up display?

Washing | The polyester graphic is machine washable. Check with our team for washing and drying instructions first. |
Carry bag | The padded wheeled bag isn't waterproof, so keep it dry and protect it from rain between your vehicle and the venue. |
Storage | Pack the display into its carry bag, with the graphic left attached to the folded frame. |
Location | Use indoors only. |
Updating | Order a Replacement Graphic in the same size to refresh your display without buying a new frame. |
