How to fix artwork upload issues.
We recommend using Google Chrome or trying a private or incognito browser window, as this can often resolve upload problems.
It's also worth checking the following:
- File size: Your artwork file must be under 2GB. If it's too large, try flattening or reducing the number of layers in your file.
- Artwork dimensions: Make sure your file dimensions and setup match the product you've ordered.
- File format: We recommend using PDF or JPEG files where possible.
- File name: Remove special characters, such as "&", from your file name and try uploading it again.
