How do I change the orientation?

Changing your product from portrait to landscape (or the other way round) is quick and easy. Depending on the product, you can either select your preferred orientation when ordering or update the dimensions of your artwork.

For example, a portrait A2 poster is 420mm x 594mm. To change it to landscape, switch the dimensions to 594mm x 420mm.

For Booklets: When ordering a booklet, select your preferred binding edge on the product page to ensure your booklet is bound correctly. You can view the options on our Booklet range here.

For other products: Some products offer the option to select portrait or landscape when uploading your artwork. Add your chosen product to your basket and click Upload Artwork to check whether this option is available.

Please note: Once a design has been created in a particular orientation, our Studio Artwork Team will check it to ensure it meets the required specifications. If you need to change the orientation from portrait to landscape, or vice versa, our Studio Team may be able to help. 

If you need assistance, go to your proof and click My Proof is Wrong. Add a note explaining that you need to change the orientation. Please specify within your notes which orientation you need it changing to.

Our Studio Artwork Team will review your request and check whether the changes can be made. If possible, they'll update your artwork and email you a new proof within 2 working hours for you to review and approve. 

Please make sure you check the updated proof carefully before approving it to ensure the orientation is correct and your artwork looks as expected.
