How can I check my order status?
Simply log in to your account and go to 'My Orders'. Find the order you're looking for a click to expand the order information.
You'll be able to see the current status of your order, including whether it is still in production or has been dispatched.
How can I track my dispatched order?
If your order has been dispatched, you can track it directly with the courier.
Go to 'My Orders', find the order you're looking for and select track order. This will take you to the courier's tracking portal, where you can view the latest tracking information and delivery updates.
