How can I check my order status?

You can check the latest status of your order at any time through your account area. 

Simply log in and go to My Orders. Find the order you're looking for and click to expand the order information.

You'll be able to see whether your order is still in production or has been dispatched.

How can I track my order?

If your order has been dispatched, you can track it directly with the courier.

Go to My Orders. Find your order and select Track Order. You'll then be taken to the courier's tracking portal, where you can view the latest tracking information and delivery updates.
