How to pay VAT on my order?

Whether VAT applies to your order depends on the product and how your artwork will be used.

How to check if VAT applies?

You can check the VAT information in two places:

• In your basket: Look for the VAT section in your order summary. For eligible products, you may see an option to tick a box indicating that your artwork may be subject to VAT
  
  
  
  
• In your account: If VAT payment is required for an order, go to your account and find the relevant order. You may see a Pay VAT button that allows you to make the payment.

What happens if VAT is due after my artwork has been checked?

Our Studio Artwork Team will review your artwork to determine whether VAT applies. If VAT is chargeable, we'll contact you via email with details of the payment required. 

If your account displays a Pay VAT button, select it and follow the on screen instructions to complete your payment. 

Please note: If VAT is due and payment hasn't been made, your order may be delayed while we wait for payment.
